Pâté, salami, rabbit sausage, prosciutto, cornichons, olives and onion chutney
Wedge Salad
Classic iceberg lettuce wedge with chopped tomatoes, onion slices, bacon and finished with blue cheese dressing

Poached Maine Lobster
With drawn lemon butter and salmon roe. Served with risotto
Pan Seared Mahi Mahi
With basil beurre blanc, and served with cherry tomato and asparagus risotto
Duck a l’Orange
Roasted half duckling with orange sauce and served with rosemary red potatoes
Pistachio-Crusted Rack of Lamb
With raspberry coulis, and served with twice baked truffle potatoes
Grilled Filet Mignon
With Gorgonzola and Port reduction, and served with twice baked truffle potatoes (Also available au poivre)
