First Course/Appetizer
Choose one

Escargots à la Bourguignone
A half dozen escargots broiled in garlic herb butter

Moules Marinières
Freshly steamed mussels with white wine cream sauce and shallots

Onion Soup Gratinée
Onion Soup topped with a slice of French bread and melted Swiss cheese

Pomegranate Salad
Mixed greens served with Boston lettuce leaves, topped with sliced apple, pomegranate seeds and dressed with a light pomegranate vinaigrette

Entrees
Choice of entrée served with vegetable of the day unless otherwise noted.

Bacon-Wrapped Beef Tenderloin
With a gratinée of blue cheese and demi-glace. Served with potatoes au gratin

Pan Seared Salmon
Seared fresh fillet of salmon with lemon-dill beurre blanc. Served with asparagus and cherry tomato risotto and sautéed spinach

Moroccan Chicken
½ chicken grilled and baked in a fragrant marinade of lemon-lime, mint, garlic, onion, cilantro and cumin. Served over couscous

Cabernet Braised Short Ribs
Served with a natural jus reduction and Truffle potato purée

Poached Maine Lobster
Served with drawn butter and roasted fingerling potatoes

Patisserie Maison
Your choice from our daily selection of pastries

Duo of Crêpes Maison
Thin French “pancakes” filled with raspberry coulis and chocolate ganache and topped with fresh sabayon

Cheese Plate
Artisan and Imported Cheeses

All menu items for Restaurant Week 2010 are subject to availability. Market conditions change daily. If a menu item fails to meet our standards it will not be offered.
