First, Sommelier Gino Campbell will explain:

- Old World & New World Theory
- Tasting Technique which includes: Sight (eye of a wine), Smell (nose of a wine), Taste & Texture (palate of a wine)

Then, participate in a blind tasting of Cabernet Sauvignon blends from the following wineries:

Beaulieu Vineyards “George De Latour” – California
Tenuta San Guido “Sassicaia” – Italy
Chateau Clerc Milon – France
Leonetti Cellar – Washington
Marques De Grinon “Emeritvs” – Spain
Casa Lapostolle “Clos Apalta” – Chile
