FIRST COURSE/APPETIZER

Escargots à la Bourguignone
A half dozen escargots broiled in garlic herb butter

Moules Marinières
Freshly steamed mussels with white wine cream sauce and shallots

Pomegranate Salad
Mixed greens served with Boston lettuce leaves, topped with sliced apple, pomegranate seeds and dressed with a light pomegranate vinaigrette

ENTRÉES
Choice of entree served with vegetable of the day

Bacon-Wrapped Beef Tenderloin
with a gratinée of blue cheese and demi-glace and served with potatoes au gratin

Pan Seared Salmon
Seared fresh fillet of salmon with lemon-dill beurre blanc.
Served with asparagus and cherry tomato risotto and sautéed spinach

Cabernet Braised Short Ribs
Served with a natural jus reduction and Truffle potato purée

Poached Maine Lobster
Served with drawn butter and roasted fingerling potatoes
