Pacific Rim - Artistically displayed thin filets of Salmon, Ahi and Yellowtail will be seared to order. The seared fish will be accompanied by creamy wasabi, cilantro, soy and spicy fish sauce. Topped with chunky noodles, daikon, napa cabbage and accompanied with chopped Thai salad.
Fire Pot Chicken - Strips of Chicken tossed in a spiced Jamaican herb barbecue sauce and served over coconut pigeon rice.
Fajitas - Marinated stripes of chicken breast or top sirloin with sliced sweet peppers and onion, sautéed on a hot griddle and served on fresh, warm flour or corn tortillas. Served with ranchero salsa, sour cream, guacamole and delicious southwestern black beans.
Roast Beef Station - Tender, roasted sirloin carved and served with a fresh mini croissant or soft small roll, green peppercorn sauce, creamy horseradish, whole grain mustard and onion chutney.
Salmon en Croûte - Baked filet of Salmon lightly coated with Salmon mousse and spinach in puff pastry. Served with a dill velouté sauce.
Penne Pasta Primavera - Penne mixed with a colorful array of seasonal fresh vegetables, olive oil and herbs. Served with creamy pesto sauce or tomato basil concassè and freshly grated parmesan cheese. (lightly seasoned shrimp or chicken filets optional)
Hunan Chicken Salad - Sliced chicken breast sautéed in a tangy sesame dressing, served on a bed of mixed greens and oriental cut vegetables.
Roasted Apricot Pork Loin with Shallot Sauce - Boneless, center-cut pork, stuffed with brandied apricots, coated with cracked black pepper and tarragon. Served with shallot sauce. Recommended served with country French potato pie and braised red cabbage.

Our premium blends of regular and decaffeinated coffee served in our elegant coffee urns with freshly whipped sabayon cream and dark chocolate shavings. Espresso bar also available with or without frozen coffee drinks.
The French Gourmet is fully insured and licensed by the State of California to vend and serve alcoholic beverages. Your options include:
Full Bar or Premium Bar - We provide the liquor, mixers, ice, bar fruits and other garnishes, glasses and napkins.
Partial Bar - Bar set-up, which is all of the above except the liquor.
Wine and Champagne - You will only be charged for the open bottles. We have a great deal of expertise in recommending wines. Our large volume and wide range of sources available to us from wholesalers allow us to price our champagne and wines very competitively. You may find that the benefits of not having to worry about purchasing the liquor or of running short, outweigh the savings, if any, you might realize by providing your own.
