You're team worked like a fine tuned machine - always there with what you needed before you had a chance to ask - smiles and professional!

Your team had to change over a room from chapel style seating to sit down dining ~ other caterers told us how hard this would be, one told us it would take two hours and cost extra. Charlie, our event salesperson, said "no problem, were swift" - they were!!! In about 30 minutes we walked through and the finishing touches were being done. The can-do attitude was really appreciated!

I loved the way Charlie worked with the site manager. She told him where other caterers set up everything and easiest way to arrange things. Charlie took it all in and then put his own artistic version together. His ideas added so much to the look and feel of our event.
